2. Trademark Usage

“IoMin”, “IoMin Prime”, “IoMin Complex” and “IoMin Complex-106” are registered or pending trademarks. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.

3. Prohibited Actions

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify site content without written consent.
  • Claim ownership or affiliation with IoMin or Nirvanam Products Trading FZCO.
  • Use our materials in advertising or presentations without authorization.

4. Enforcement

Violations of intellectual property rights may result in civil and criminal proceedings under UAE laws (including Federal Law No. 38 of 2021 on Copyrights & Related Rights).
