Refund & Customer Policy

This policy applies only to authorized distributors or B2B clients who have executed a written agreement with Nirvanam Products Trading FZCO.
Since iomin.ae does not sell products online, no retail refunds or cancellations apply.

For bulk or business orders:

• Product issues must be reported in writing within 7 business days of receipt.
• Returns or replacements will be evaluated based on the supply agreement terms.
• Returned goods must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed via bank transfer as per contract terms and UAE commercial law.

All IoMin products undergo strict quality control before dispatch.
In case of product damage during shipment, the distributor must notify the company immediately with photographic evidence for claim evaluation.
